5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • Travel Providers set their own cancellation, change, and refund rules. Those policies govern your booking in addition to these Terms.

Fees

  • Administrative fees or change fees may be charged by TRAVEL WISE SOLUTIONS LLC and/or the Travel Provider for cancellations or modifications.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed according to the Travel Provider’s policy and timelines. We will assist with processing refunds but cannot guarantee timing.

Force Majeure

  • In events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, etc.), Travel Providers may change or cancel services; any waiver or compensation is at the provider’s discretion. TRAVEL WISE SOLUTIONS LLC is not liable for such provider decisions.

6. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documentation (passports, visas, health certificates, vaccination records, permits) and for meeting entry/exit requirements.
  • We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documentation.

7. Restrictions & Special Needs

  • Notify us at booking of any special needs, medical conditions, or mobility requirements. We will pass this information to Travel Providers but cannot guarantee accommodation.
  • Some services may have age, health, or other restrictions imposed by Travel Providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • TRAVEL WISE SOLUTIONS LLC acts only as an intermediary and is not the principal provider of travel services. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from Travel Provider acts or omissions, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, or service defects.
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where applicable, to the amount paid to us for the booking.

9. Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Any insurance purchase is with a third-party insurer and governed by the insurer’s terms. We are not responsible for any failures or denials under such policies.

10. Pricing, Promotions & Errors

  • We try to display accurate pricing and availability. However, errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel bookings placed due to obvious errors, or to require payment of the correct price.
  • Promotional or discounted fares are subject to the terms of the promotion and Travel Provider rules.
